Hi, I’m Caitlin Wynne Thompson, founder of Caitlin W Consulting. Over the past twelve years, I’ve helped organizations navigate complex change—from designing digital upskilling programs for thousands of employees at Ketchum, to guiding culture integration during the Viacom–CBS merger with Bain, to elevating AI/ML working groups onto global conference stages.
I love to teach and continue to learn: I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a Pilates reformer or spending time with my kids.
