With an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, I bring over a decade of experience in organizational development, culture change, and talent management.

I help leaders navigate transformation with clarity and humanity, ensuring change is not just about technology, but about people. My approach blends business insight with a deep understanding of human dynamics to make transformation both successful and sustainable.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a Pilates reformer or spending time with my kids.
